Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited Content & Activities

You may not use Hamugao 1 Flash, Hamugao 1 Pro, Hamugao 2 Fulgor, or the Hamugao CLI to generate, distribute, or facilitate:

• Malware, ransomware, exploit payloads, or unauthorized network intrusion;
• Child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSAE) or non-consensual intimate imagery;
• Chemical, biological, radiological, or nuclear (CBRN) weapons or self-harm instructions;
• Automated phishing, credential harvesting, or financial fraud;
• Circumventing rate limits, quota counters, or payment verification webhooks.

2. Rate Limits & Fair Compute Usage

Automated scraping, account sharing, or multi-account sybil attacks designed to bypass Free or paid tier quotas are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate session revocation or account suspension.
