Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancel Anytime
You may cancel your Hamugao Lite, Pro, Ultra, or Max subscription at any time with no cancellation penalty. Your account will retain access to your paid plan until the end of your current billing period, after which it automatically returns to the Free tier.
2. 7-Day Refund Eligibility (Fiat / Polar.sh)
If you are unsatisfied with your paid subscription and have used less than 15% of your monthly compute allocation within the first 7 days of purchase, you may request a full refund through Polar.sh or by contacting Hamugao AI billing support. Once a refund is issued (`order.refunded`), your account tier is immediately returned to Free.
3. Cryptocurrency Payments (NOWPayments)
Due to blockchain network finality and exchange rate volatility, completed cryptocurrency payments are generally non-refundable once confirmed on-chain, except in the event of a duplicate payment or verified service outage.
