1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Hamugao AI ("Service"), including the web workspace, API endpoints, and native CLI (`hamugao.exe`), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.
2. AI Models & Usage Quotas
Hamugao AI provides access to three primary AI models: Hamugao 1 Flash, Hamugao 1 Pro, and our special reasoning model Hamugao 2 Fulgor. Each subscription tier (Free, Lite $9/mo, Pro $20/mo, Ultra $49/mo, and Max $99/mo) includes clearly stated 3-hour rolling burst limits, daily limits, and monthly message / compute allocations.
3. Subscriptions, Billing & Expiration
Paid subscriptions are billed either monthly or annually in advance via Polar.sh (for cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay) or NOWPayments (for cryptocurrency). Subscriptions remain active for the paid billing period (31 days for monthly plans, 366 days for annual plans) and automatically downgrade to the Free tier upon expiration, cancellation, or refund unless renewed.
4. Ownership of Output & Intellectual Property
You retain all rights and ownership to the prompts you submit and the code, writing, or documents generated for you by Hamugao AI, subject to applicable law.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
AI outputs are probabilistic and may contain inaccuracies. Always review generated code, legal text, financial calculations, or medical information before relying on it in production. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
